I'm Brigitte, and if you're anything like me, you're juggling a million things while trying to remember where you left your keys. Beyond the usual "woman" title, I'm a proud mom, and currently tackling life as a full-time psychology student. Oh, and did I mention I also rock a full-time job as an IT Solution Specialist? All while trying to balance out special moments with loved ones and leisure for myself. Yeah, my calendar has strong opinions.

For way too long, I was stuck on the hamster wheel of "doing it all" filling my days with activities and acheivements that didn't align with who I am. (Spoiler alert: it's gross, 10/10 don't recommend). This space is born from my journey back to balance, heavily influenced by diving deep into psychology. It taught me that a truly fulfilling life isn't about being perfect; it's about making intentional choices, showering yourself with self-compassion, and building a life that feels authentically you.
